Confirm a viewing, or suggest another time
One tap sends them a short email from you; their reply comes to your inbox.
Confirm it
- On Leads, tap Add a note (or Notes & more) on the viewing or call request.
- Under Confirm the time, check the day and time in the box — it starts with what they asked for. Make it exact, like “Saturday 10:30am”.
- Tap Confirm this time. They get an email from you confirming it, and the lead shows a Confirmed tag and a note of what you sent.
That time does not work
- Type the time you can do in the same box, and tap Suggest this time instead.
- They get a polite email asking whether that time works. When they reply, it comes to your own inbox.
No email on the lead
- If they only gave a phone number, nothing is emailed: the lead is marked and noted, and you call or text them. Use Text in the same panel.
