Your homes in the chat

The homes on your own website, read every day, whatever listings provider you use. Or a live IDX Broker search.

The homes on your website

  1. Nothing to set up. When you set up your assistant, we read the homes on your website: each home’s page, with its price, beds, baths, size and photo, in your own currency.
  2. We read them again every day. If a read fails (your website was down, or showed far fewer homes than before), the chat keeps the homes from the last good read, and we email you if it happens two nights running.
  3. Sold homes are left out, a home under offer is marked pending, and homes for rent are kept out of buyers’ searches. Each home in the chat opens its own page on your website.
  4. See how many were read, and when, in Settings → Listings search. Tap Read again now after you add homes or change your website.
  5. Tap See the homes we found for the full list, each with a link to its page. Type in Find a home to look for one.
  6. A home missing? Under Missing a home?, paste the link to its page on your website and tap Add this page. We read it straight away, and every night after. A page that lists several homes works too. Only pages of your own website can be added.
  1. On your own website, open your property search (the IDX Broker pages) and copy the address from the browser’s address bar.
  2. In Settings → Listings search, open Have an IDX Broker search?, paste it and tap Connect.
  3. We check it works before saving. Once it says ✓ Connected, the chat searches your whole feed live instead of reading your website.
