Join a conversation live
Step into a chat on your website while the visitor is still there.
Joining
- Open the alert (email or phone), or tap Open the conversation on a lead.
- Tap Offer to join. The visitor is asked whether they would like you to join.
- When they say yes, type your replies — they go straight to the visitor.
If you are busy
- Do nothing. The assistant never promises you will join. After the wait you chose, it tells the visitor you will call them back.
- Change the wait, and when you are told about chats, in Settings → Live chat.
