Notifications arrive but my phone doesn’t buzz or ring
The alert is reaching you; the sound or vibration is switched off in the phone’s own settings.
Android
- Open your phone’s Settings → Apps → BoostMyChat → Notifications (on some phones it is listed under Chrome).
- Make sure notifications are on and set to Alert or Make sound, not Silent.
- Check Settings → Sound & vibration: vibration for notifications is on, and Do Not Disturb is off.
iPhone
- Open Settings → Notifications → BoostMyChat.
- Turn on Allow Notifications, Sounds and Lock Screen.
- Check the ring/silent switch on the side of the phone, and that a Focus mode is not on.
