New lead: tap to view

1On your phone, open the app link and tap Share (Android: the ⋮ menu).

2Tap Add to Home Screen (Android: Install app).

3Open BoostMyChat from your home screen and tap Turn on notifications.

4Every new lead now arrives on your phone — never with a name on the lock screen.

iPhone

1. On your iPhone, open Safari (it must be Safari) and go to https://app.boostmychat.com/app/. Or, on your dashboard, open Settings → Your phone & devices, tap Email me the link, and open that email on your iPhone.
2. Sign in if it asks you to.
3. Tap the Share button — the square with an arrow pointing up, at the bottom of the screen. On newer iPhones, tap ••• first, then Share. If there is no Share button at all, the page opened inside another app (like Gmail): copy the address and open it in Safari.
4. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.
5. Go to your home screen and open the new BoostMyChat icon. Always open it from here — notifications only work from the icon.
6. Tap Turn on notifications, then Allow.

Notifications need iOS 16.4 or newer. Check in Settings → General → About → iOS Version.

Android

1. On your phone, open Chrome and go to https://app.boostmychat.com/app/ — or tap the link in the email from Email me the link.
2. Sign in if it asks you to.
3. Tap the ⋮ menu (three dots, top right), then Add to Home screen or Install app.
4. If it asks Install or Create shortcut, choose Install.
5. Open BoostMyChat from your home screen and tap Turn on notifications, then Allow.

Check it works

1. In the app, tap Send a test notification. It should arrive within a few seconds.
2. Your lock screen never shows a name, only messages like “New lead: tap to view”.
