Your visitors’ privacy

How it works

1. A visitor’s details reach you only after they say yes. The exact words they agreed to are kept with the lead.
2. If a visitor asks to be forgotten, the assistant stops asking for their details, and that lead is locked: it is never updated or passed on again. To have their information deleted completely, they can email support@boostmychat.com.
3. See the sentence your visitors are shown in Settings → Privacy & data.
4. The chat code on your website reads the public listing details shown on your own pages, such as addresses, prices and photos, so it can show those homes in the chat. It never reads what your visitors type.
