The “Getting started” list on your dashboard walks you there, one step at a time.
The steps
- Confirm your email — open the link we emailed you. Lost it? Tap Send the link again.
- Put it on your website — see Add the chat to your website.
- Get the app on your phone — see Put BoostMyChat on your phone.
- Choose a plan — on Plan & billing.
- Tap Go live. We switch your assistant live shortly and email you when it is done.
Before you go live
- The chat works only in the preview on Your assistant, and every alert goes to our test inbox — not to you.
- Once live, the chat appears on your website and every lead comes straight to you.
